VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
  • Check-In Time: 3:00 pm
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
  • Cancellation: 30-day advance notice required - less than 30-day notice of cancellation will result in one night rate charge.
  • For stays 4 nights or less, add and additional $75 CD cleaning fee.
  • No Smoking or Pets, please. 
  • 50% deposit due at reservation confirmation.
  • 50% balance of payment due one month  prior to Check-In.
