VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
  • Check-In Time: 3:00 pm
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
  • Cancellation: 14-day advance notice required - less than 14-day notice
    of cancellation will result in one night rate charge
  • For stays 4 nights or less, add and additional $75 CD cleaning fee
  • No Smoking or Pets, please 
  • 50% deposit due at reservation confirmation
  • 50% balance of payment due 2 weeks  prior to Check-In
